If you change your mind – no worries.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We like to keep it simple for you. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any way. All tags (including any anti-tamper tags) must still be attached to the garment.
If the garment is returned to us in the original condition, including tags, we will provide you with a full refund minus original shipping charges and duties paid.
Please note, items marked as final sale and discount sales at 50% and higher will not be eligible for return, exchange or credit note unless faulty.
To complete a return please alert us via email (with your order number details) including the garments that you will be returning and the reasons.

Please note – returns will be strictly only accepted via pre-paid post. We will not accept any returns delivered to us in any other fashion.
Enclosed in your etoiles au paradis online order you will find your returns slip. This must be filled in and sent back with your return. Remember to fill in the returns slip with your name, order number and the reason for your return.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
We will credit your original method of payment (minus original shipping charges and duties paid) once your return arrives at the return address. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we will gladly accept a return of any item purchased via our sales or discount sale code up to 50% off within 14 business days once the item is received.

If a final sale item is sent back to us for a credit note, we will not be able to accept this item(s). Once received by etoiles au paradis returns, any final sale return will be automatically shipped back to you.

Provided goods are returned to us in-line with our returns policy – you are welcome to return a full priced item for an exchange for your preferred item/size. We will confirm once we’ve received your initially purchased order and organise a shipment of your preferred item.
Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost (if it has been returned within 30 days of purchase). Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace if the stock is available or refund you upon return.
Please note we may request details (including photos) of the nature of the fault.
